The Viili are Mindchildren descendants of Viil and his Jindi Rebels. The Viili are Blue and have strong ties to Kavaron, as blue generally does to dark. Their world, Vira is the moon itself, although it has been proved to not be physically present on the moon, but elsewhere. Realms as a whole are very odd in that way.
