Archdragon Viil was originally a Jindi who became a Deva. He is the Archdragon of the Viili, a rebel of the Jindi's practices during the late Red Age, where he gathered followers and formed mindchildren of his own. At the start of the Blue Age, he split off a piece of the world with a Pyremanders in it to form the Moon.

It is a legend that Viil and Jinde had a love affair (since they're really hermaphroditic) to produce the Jindelas.
