Inuat are an incorporal Domain of life, responsible for maintaining natural processes. In that respect, they are similar to spirits in other mythologies, although Inuats are not bound to the process they take and are free to choose another at any given time.

It is because of this that Inuats are difficult to classify, and are instead sorted based on the various "jobs" they take in natural events. They are able to manipulate nature in those jobs, but must follow a set of intuitive rules known as the Inao.
