Vira is the name for Yardh's moon. It was created during the Viil Rebellion when a piece of the earth and a Pyremander Princess named Omra got sent into orbit around Yardh. Because of Omra's link to the other pyremanders, while the Viil are simultaneously trying to get Vira as far away as possible from Yardh, the moon moves in a circle. (Omra's bond acts in place of gravity, which doesn't exist in Yardh.)

During the Green Age, the moon acquired many new features, such as changing color at times, being larger in the sky (although neither larger nor closer), and regularizing its orbit so that it would exist during Day very scarcely. Despite this, Eclipses have occured.
