Archdragon Cimde is a Deva, the Archdragon of tbe Cimde. He was born in a star, and like nearly all other Archdragons save Jinde, he spent millions of years wandering the cosmos before settling down on a world.

Cimde's attitudes towards mortal races have been much more benevolent than his fellow dragons. While all dragons have access to the Dragon Archives, Cimde was the first on Yardh to begin trying to decipher unknown parts of it.
